Delivery

My Bed To Go is pleased to offer delivery service throughout the Greater new jersey Area, in nortern and Central Jersey. We do not deliver or ship items outside of New Jersey. Delivery fees range from $49.95 to $99.95 for most areas. Delivery fees and available times are based on your delivery zip code, regardless of the location of purchase. On designated mattress and box spring sets we are able to offer free delivery to the local area around each of our stores (a $49.95 value). For areas beyond the designated local area, a small fee will apply on these sets.

Telephone orders for delivery are always welcome and must be paid in full prior to the delivery date. If you need to reschedule your delivery, you must contact our Warehouse office at 973-575-5551 before 4:00pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Changes to your delivery schedule once the trucks have loaded and left our warehouse will result in a redelivery fee.

Please note that our delivery service is only able to provide an approximate time window for delivery of your merchandise. We are unable to guarantee an exact time or provide for a smaller time window. Every effort is made to adhere to this schedule; however, unexpected difficulties, traffic, weather, etc., can cause unforeseen delays, and delivery fees will not be waived if delivery is outside the scheduled window.

Bed frames and futon frames are delivered unassembled, in boxes, into the room of your choosing. If requested and paid for at the time of purchase, our delivery service will assemble the items in place for you. Our delivery service cannot assemble or dis-assemble other items not purchased from and delivered by us, and is not allowed to move or relocate furniture or other items in your home. Please make certain that the area where your bed or furniture is to be placed is clear of all items and easily accessible.

Please make sure your doorbell works and that you have provided the correct buzzer code if required. We also request a telephone or cell phone contact number at the delivery location. If the delivery service could not complete the delivery because the door bell system did not work, no one answered the phone number given or was unavailable, and/or they were unable to obtain access to your home, a redelivery fee will apply. Products can not be delivered to an address where no one is home to receive and sign for it.

The customer is responsible for measuring all doors, halls, stairways, etc., to allow for normal delivery. If merchandise does not fit (for example, if the box spring cannot go up the stairs and a split box spring is needed) additional product charges and redelivery fees will apply. Only store credit will be issued for regular merchandise that is unable to fit. Custom-ordered furniture which does not fit cannot be canceled or returned for credit.
